I get a ball park estimate for cleaning one chimney in a single story house (150$), then the technician comes, starts with 429$ for basic cleaning, then finds ?a lot of issues ? with the chimney, and gives an estimate of 12k! Technician did not use any probe, or even flashlight to check the chimney, only the phone flashlight! Overall, overpriced, not tidy or high quality service, and lacks transparency with the pricing. Search around more.

I got my chimney cleaned by a company recently, and they did a really good job. The guys showed up right on time and were super friendly. They knew their stuff and told me everything they were doing, which was cool. They worked pretty fast and made sure the whole chimney was spotless. They even cleaned up after themselves, so I did not have to deal with any mess. I would totally recommend them to anyone who needs their chimney cleaned.

Chimney Sweep Masters did not perform the work and they do not have a WA State business license under this name. They subcontracted the work to another company. I was quoted over the phone a basic service at $149. The tech for the subcontracted company arrived and told my wife the basic service was $500, but we needed the premium service which was $750. Ultimately they we able to help me get a refund, and that is the only reason I am giving them 2 stars.

Mr. Sam was fantastic and awesome!! Highly recommend these folks! Had three other companies come out and they quoted me an arm and the leg and these guys didnâ t overcharge and did fantastic work

The biggest rip off known to man. I was told $99 inspection (which would go towards the $150 cleaning). Dan showed up. Was here less than 5 mins and told us because there is cobwebs in the chimney, you need a deep cleaning for $750? so we declined the deep cleaning and somehow owed $110 for the inspection. Worst company and would not recommend to anyone.
