    Their original subcontractor was incompetent. the bottom edge of the stucco was botched. Stucco texture was grossly mismatched over sprayed everywhere including porch furniture and plants. I discussed this with the company and they agreed the level of quality was horrendous. A couple of different people came out and did a fairly god job of cleaning the place up but did not address the tapered bottom edge which looked ridiculous. I discussed this again with Chimney Cricket. Further attempts were made to correct the existing problems. Additional stucco was added to the botched edge which resulted in the bottom edge ending up 6 inches lower in the as where the repairs were done. Since my house is on piers, the mismatched bottom edges are noticeable and ridiculous. I have not heard back from the company. This cost me $2700 and I still need to have the repair fixed. I will filing a complaint to the Florida licensing board.

Your just not responding....i find it very difficult to resolve issues without communication. I also reviewed the job and have before and after photos of the project.     Don showed up on time for the estimate. Returned 2 days later and his worker went up on the roof to check out the chimney. Chimney check out fine but found a possible roofing issue and repaired it free of charge.

    First, I appreciated the person who booked my repair appointment asking me if my fireplace had a remote to see if I might need to replace the batteries. It sounds silly but imagine paying a service fee to discover you just needed a few AAs. Second, the repairman narrowed the problem down to two possibilities. He did the cheapest, quickest fix first and said if he needed to come back again there wouldn t be another service fee. The initial repair did the trick, so I m very happy he tried that first instead of jumping straight to the more expensive repair. Would definitely call again in the future.

    Chimney Cricket went above and beyond to make sure the job was completed before the cold weather set in. They were accommodating to our schedules and fantastic around our very large dog. We could not have asked for a better company!

    They are very professional and courteous. The owner was out the same day to estimate the cost and had a proposal emailed to me the same day! Work is still in progress due to a permit but everything has so far gone as scheduled. It ended up taking over 5 months to complete this job which was way too long.
