I felt comfortable with discussing exactly what I wanted and the price was right. The only thing I disagreed with was he only gave me 3 copies of the plans.

The Project was great and was as we agreed. Now we are in bidding process, and architect met our expectations on all levels. As long as Chester also supervised Construction stages we are about to hire him for Construction our addition. Chicago -Client
