Charlie was the first one to respond when I posted the job and he made an appointment available within an hour to come by and give me an estimate. He was very professional. His team seemed very professional and they did a great job and a great cleanup and customer service will be not a problem with Charlie, I would recommend him and his team.

Had an interior leak when it rained. Charlie explained that it was from the corner of flat patio roof and the runoff from the main roof. The Patio roof was replaced and tar paper under the tile roof. Have not seen the leak with the rain since. Charlie was informative and upfront with his quote. His crew arrived on time and they completed the job in one day. He explained and kept me informed though out the whole replacement as to what was being done. Very happy with his work and will use him agin as the need arises.

Charlie was very helpful explaining what was necessary and what wasnâ t necessary with the painting of our cinderblock walls in the backyard. Redoing the cool decking around the pool and eventually painting the entire house. His team did her great job on time and had a fair price.

The painting of our home was done with expert attention to detail and even fix some damage that was on our home in a couple of places. He also repaired some stucco a on our fence and advised us of some the need of rubberized coating on our patio roof which he also did. He and his crew were very thorough in the work, cleanup and fair in their price with a discount on roof coating because he was already here. He also took extra time in helping us choose our colors. Charlie went above n beyond to ensure we were fully satisfied. He gave excellent input on colors n even went so far as to bring a quart of paint over to test it against our brick. Everything was quick and seamless! And a great value for the price!!
