Courteous, Professional, and the fees were very reasonable. Charles went beyond the initial problem. He checked and serviced additional areas without extra charges.

On the first call, Charles responded promptly, made sure my skylights were sound before discussing reflashing them, gave me a price and an approximate time when the work would be done. Two days before and shortly before arriving, he informed me when the roofers would arrive. The work and cleanup were done professionally.

Charles came out, was the first company to respond & help me reseal some things on my roof!

We had a really great experience with Charles Chapman Construction Co. We needed to repair and replace the downspouts on both of our Church buildings, do roof repairs, clean out and repair gutters. Cody and his team were so pleasant and easy to deal with. They worked with us to find the right direction, and solution. They answered all our questions. Angela in the office was really attentive and looked after us. We are so happy to have found them and are really happy with the outcome. We'll continue to use them for our Roofing needs and highly recommend them!!
