James and his crew were very prompt and courteous of the service request. He came over quickly to review the project and provide a quote for the job which was fairly priced as well. This was an urgent request, and James without hesitation, moved the project up in priority in order to complete it, within the time frame requested. There was a lot of work to be done on a hot day, and it was done professionally and neatly. This is a family owned company and you can tell they take pride in their business. I would recommend Chapman Family Tress Service and would hire them again.

They were very professional, and did just what I ask. It took a little longer than either of us planned because we got started in the middle of a hurricane. I had a large, difficult cherry stump partially underneath a deck. Chapman came out right away and gave me a terrific price. He came back later and removed the latticework around the deck, ground the stump deep, reinstalled the deck skirting, and cleaned up. The service, quality, and price of the work were remarkable. I did not think he would be able to squeeze the equipment into the area even after removing the lattice, but he got it done and I cannot tell that a stump was even there. He's the only tree service I will ever call from now on.
