Chandellor and Josh were great . I will do business with them in the future. I would definitely refer them for plumbing needs like water heater replacement etc.

We got an estimate from the company, and the response was quick. Although the person, Paul, showed up and resolved the issue for which we had hired the company, we also asked him to take a look at another issue we were having with our bathroom drain. He used a snake there as well, but our bathrooms got flooded the next day. Because Paul had given us his card, we called him thinking he would be a reliable plumber. He came over and spent several hours but could not resolve it. The problem persisted and he came back again and told us the problem was something which it was not! He had no proper equipment and he spent hours digging in our front yard, which was not needed. If you hire the company, don?t hire Paul. Not sure about who the owner is. When I reached out to the owner via Angie?s app, he got defensive and very argumentative. All I wanted was for him to be aware what his employee is doing. Lesson learned! Not hiring this company ever again.

Efficient work and reasonable price

The plumber arrived at my house on time and completed the job quickly.

I had the water line from the street to my house shut off by the water district the day I was leaving for vacation because of a massive leak. I was ok without the water for the day, but we have pets being watched while we are gone and didn't want to return home to shower after a long flight. To keep it short, Chandler's Plumbing called me within minutes of me sending my Angie's request, 4 hours till they were at my house (I'm already over an hour from them to begin with) and a brand new copper line ran over 75ft within 24-28 hours of me sending that first request. To top it off the price was very reasonable and that's coming from someone who is cheap. They did quote me for the single fix or running the new line, but I had galvanized that was corroding where it wasn't leaking yet. Fixing it 1-2 more times would cost more than new copper pipe. Super satisfied, I'll use them in the future.

Response was quick, the job was well-scoped. I was informed on exactly what was needed, the cost and turn-around time. Job was completed, correctly, efficiently, and in a timely matter. Would hire again.

I sent the request out last night, I quickly got messages from different Pro, who wanted to help on this project, I picked Chandler's Plumbing, and asked if they can come at 5 PM. I got off work at 4 PM and try to reach home before 5 PM. When I got back home at about 4:30 Josh was already there. This is a friendly and quick guy. He did the job professionally, and clean up the area quickly. Great person, great respond and profession!

The contractor showed up on time and installed the water heater in a couple of hours. They hauled the old heater away and cleaned up the surrounding area very well. Will certainly have them do other plumbing jobs in the future.

I posted a review earlier and I need to revise it . The work done was for a standard water heater , not a tankless water heater

work was done quickly and responded right away. My only complaint is I never got an invoice for what work was done. I only received receipt of payment with no mention of what work was done. I would like this for my records
