Everyone was very professional and friendly. The only thing was that somehow the initial windows that came in were too small. He had to re-order the windows which took another month to be installed. Once the new windows came in, they were fast and efficient. Despite the setback, Iâ m very happy with my new windows!

Buyer beware - read their fine print!! On July 15, 2021, it will be 6 months from the date we signed the contract to have an all season room built. I also contacted the city and no building permit application has been completed. They came out to measure about 2-3 weeks after we signed. We have contacted them 10+ times but never get a return call or a response to our questions. There customer communication is non-existent.
