Be very careful when signing anything with this company. Cancellation policy is only in their favor and service after cancellation is horrible

Great quality and customer service. They explained everything about their windows to me and made sure I got the best deal possible. They stayed on schedule despite COVID. I couldn't be happier with the results.

Contractor that installed the window did very sloppy work. It also took a extended period of time for the contractor to return to make corrections to the window trim. Customer had to call the Raleigh office several times to get this problem corrected. Great window but very poor presentation!!

We had Champion install windows and a door on our previously screened in only patio. Overall we're pretty satisfied with the job. They showed up as scheduled and were finished in one day, except for the door. It came with the hinge on the wrong side. It was immediately reordered but, because it was a custom built door, it took 3 weeks to get it and get it installed. They did not ask for payment for any of the job (except for the deposit we paid much earlier) until the door was installed. I think that says something about their integrity. All the installers were very friendly and pleasant. They did a thorough clean up.

Champion back out of the signed after 20 days of signing the contract, stated that they needed $2600 more to the total of the amount that was agreed upon.

Good experience with sales. Installers were great, clame on schedule, cleaned up the site, installed windows well and put appropriate amount of caulking around windows. Only criticism is the window opening mechanism is made plastic rather than metal.

We went with the quote to have replacement windows installed and absolutely nothing went as planned. After a long wait for windows to arrive, we found out they were not correct nor were they tempered either. 4 months later we needed up canceling the entire project which took multiple months to get our down payment back again.
