I called Giovanni at Mold Scan the mold specialist service and boy what an amazing experience. He came out same day within about an hour from when we spoke. The professionalism and all around friendly service from start to finish, was phenomenal. He quickly identified the problem areas, explained everything in detail, and made sure I understood what needed to be done. He explained how the mold needed to be removed safely and completely. ***5 STARS*** This is a very professional and detail oriented service. Giovanni was at my property on time and explained the entire process thoroughly. He found mold and other toxic elements at our home which was a relief to get taken care of because we have a 1 year old daughter with asthma. Giovanni was amazing and professional all the way. My mom had mold under her sink and we had a plumber fix something and notice it. We called Mold Scan and Gio made it a priority to walk us through the process then got to work. The mold report was very detailed and our restoration company took notice. Thank you Gio!
