I hired the provider in April 2024 to complete flooring work and replace a shower. Since then, I ve experienced two main issues the grout on the shower bench is coming loose and the flooring wasn t installed properly. On top of that, the provider caused damage to my property, including holes in the wall. The last time I heard from them was on March 14th, 2025, when they said they would come back to fix everything, but they never returned. I paid approximately $10,700 in cash and signed a contract for the work, which included a five-year warranty. At this point, I m simply asking for them to come back and complete the job as promised.

Response from Company:

Customer was wrong about statements that were made. Majority of her problems came from the shape of the home Itself. However at our expense we went back and took care of any and all problems things that actually were not even On the original contract.

Fast, quick and efficient when it came to the install. One piece was not to my liking and they came back out to fix it right away. Also they advertise a lifetime warranty with their vinyl so if any defects do occur that werenâ t at the fault of the owner they will come and to fix it!
