Excellent, professional, immediate service. I would highly recommend Certified-Environmental for mold testing. They called me back same day and even made time to come do immediate testing on toxic mold. The certified professional team worked well together and spent a long time in my home where they discovered other areas of mold which I never thought to look. Hardworking and honest. They have very reasonable prices. They will only test what they believe is nessessary. The team is extremely knowledgeable in so many areas. They go out of their way for their customers. Certified-Environmental really cares about their customers and it shows. They kept in contact with me all the way through the mold remediation process. The 3rd party certified testing lab provided extremely through results which Certified-Environmental explained in detail to me in their findings report. Quick 2-3 day turn around time. Certified-Environmental got us out of an airborne toxic mold home. My family and I are truly so grateful! 5 Stars!!!

Rich provides me with the best customer service I have ever experienced and always available for me when I had questions. Very thorough, knowledgeable, supportive and caring. When I've followed up with phone calls asking questions, Rich took the time to answer them and explain to me in detail. Rich is coordinating with my mold remediation company to ensure it gets done right. He truly cares about people and their health. We have special circumstances here and I feel I have someone on our side! If you ever have a need for this type of service, I highly recommend Rich. It doesn't get any better than that. The young woman who came to do the check of the property was very knowledgeable and very helpful. She explained a great many things that I had no idea about when it comes to the use of chemicals and things not to do when cleaning house! Very please with the experience!
