We had several issues with this job. One, the recommended product failed and two, communications was not what we had agreed upon. While it took several weeks instead of days to finish the job due to the issues above, we were able to get the job back on course and ultimately finished.

We were not happy the company had to switch crews on us.The owner should have checked on his crews & made certain they were doing quality work. However, the second crew was much better than the first. Wish we had them from the beginning. When pointing out some things to the owner, he was very defensive,& didn't seem to care about our concerns. Never checking on his crews was a big mistake. Owner showed up at the beginning, but never followed back up. We corrected mistakes made by painters..re-painting many areas not correctly painted. Second crew quality was good-not first crew. Owner not as knowledgeable as we thought in beginning.

Sorry for the issues on your job. I did have a problem with the crew on the job, and is why I sent another to finish and take care of any concerns. Sorry that I was out of town and couldn't come by like I normally would, but it was unavoidable. I'm a little confused by your last comments, as I most certainly didn't think I was being defensive. In thinking back, I might have let my frustration with my first crew show through in my voice. It most certainly was not with you, sorry if it seemed that way. I appreciate the fact that you let me know about the issues so we could correct. I do know by personal talk, that all issues were taken care of.

We received a fair estimate shortly after contacting them. The estimate was fully explained and after contracting with them, they showed up at the exact time they had stated. They were very polite and protected the flooring between the front door and the room being painted. The job was well done and they checked to see how it looked a f.ew days later. They touched it up to perfection and we appreciated their attention to details. I would definately recommend them to others and use them for future projects

From the first phone call that was made till the day they came to pick up their equipment and clean up the area I noticed the great customer service from beginning to the end. I would recommend Certapro to all relatives and friends. Their are other contractors that are cheaper in price but no way can they compare with the folks of Certapro
