I was a little nervous when I first chose CertaPro to paint our house and stain all our decks because they were the lowest bidder out of five contractors bidding on the job. I have learned the hard way that the cheapest at the start can often turn into the most costly by the time the job is completed to MY expectations. I don't want to brag but but I made the perfect choice. Not only did they meet or exceed my expectations on the quality of their work, but they also left the job site spic and span. I am a stickler for contractors to clean up after themselves and I was hard pressed to find a paint chip on the ground after they were done.

They made repairs to shingles and siding that were damaged as requested at a very reasonable cost. The paint job looks very nice. It looks like hey used a good quality material and did adequate prep work. The only thing that I would say is that the proof of quality is how long the paint and repair work lasts. For that assessment I would need to wait for 3 to 4 years to make a final judgement.

Richard was very professional from quote to completion. The painters came as scheduled, were very nice guys and worked very clean. We had one wall that had a lot of damage from nail pops, etc. and it was not repaired properly the first time, but when I called Richard, he came right over and had it redone the right way even though it resulted in an extra half day of work. In my opinion, the prep work could have been better upon arrival but in the end the results were very good.
