RNB PROFESSIONAL PAINTERS

CertaPro has painted the exterior and one interior room of my house a couple of weeks ago. These folks did a fantastic job, restored the beauty of my house, rendering an appealing result. Vicky and Ricky, the contact people were very professional and polite. The painters, Luis and Albert worked extremely hard and demonstrated high level skills especially when working on the tough parts. The price was more competitive than other quotes I received. Overall, I am extremely happy and would strongly recommend CertoPro to others whose house needs repainted.

The initial introduction went well. Jeff was very professional and forthcoming with pricing and what his company could offer. I agreed to hire CertaPro for my entire interior (walls, ceilings, doors, baseboards, closets, and garage). Unfortunately, the team that was sent did a terrible job. There was overspray and under spray throughout the entire house. The baseboard was left unpainted, cabinets and toilets stained with paint. I was extremely disappointed with the work that was provided. I honestly hired a reputable company trusting that they would provide the quality for the price I was willing to pay. Jeff and his team did send another team out to rectify the problem. The second team did much better and fixed many of the issues. Unfortunately, 2 of the rooms were painted a different color due to a color correction I made verbally but was never updated in the contract. The new crew painted what they saw in the contract and left the 2 rooms a different color than I wanted. At this point, I just wanted to be done with this process as I had to move forward with other home projects. Jeff and his team never followed up with me once I made the final payment. Overall, it was a frustrating experience and I will be dealing with the needed touch-ups and cleaning of cabinets/ toilets myself.

My house looks terrific! Very efficient, thorough, professional, neat, courteous... no issues! I m very satisfied with the results.

Very friendly and easy to work with. They did a thorough job and multiple neighbors asked for quotes as well. I had 3 people bid the job, were similarly priced, but based on attitude and thoroughness of the bid, this was a no-brainer.
