Armor Tek did an amazing job on our deck refinishing that was in need of a much needed stripping and resealing. Rich, who performed the work, was amazing and paid attention to every detail on our deck, which was not easy. We would highly recommend Armor Tek for services.

Armor Tek did an amazing job restoring and remodeling our bathroom after a major valve burst. TC and his team are great communicators, give fair and honest quotes, show up as promised and do quality work. We have hired Armor Tek several times since this initial job and will continue to use them in the future.

I literally cannot recommend Armor Tek more highly. For obvious reasons I hope to never need his flood restoration services again, but if for some reason we do suffer water damage and/or mold again, I would absolutely use Armor Tek again. Our job ended up being significantly more gnarly than initially expected, and throughout TC was a great, clear communicator and repeatedly went way above and beyond to try to get our situation mitigated so we could get back home asap. Our attic , which we learned during the course of this work has been a secret disaster area since about 1977, is now immaculately clean and mold-free. I'm positive TC should have charged us more than he did, to be honest, but really appreciate his consideration of all our needs. To top it off he is a really kind person who is clearly passionate and knowledgeable about indoor air quality -- I learned tons from working with him. So if you do have the misfortune to need to mitigate mold or water damage in your home, you'll thank yourself later if you choose to work with Armor Tek

I've referred TC to many of my real estate clients over the years, and I’ve seen firsthand the quality of his work, which ranges from deck repairs, painting, and kitchen and bath remodels to water intrusion abatement/repair and leak detection. I’m sure I’m forgetting a few projects, but TC is always my go-to referral for contracting or extensive handyman needs. Personally, he's helped me replace an A/C unit and carried out structural and stucco repairs. Having known TC for many years, I genuinely enjoy working with him and his crew. We needed to rent our house after our jobs relocated us for 6 years. We used a local team first to get the house ready for renting. After over $13K, the house was still not ready and the paint job was awful. (They did do a couple of things pretty good - not ALL terrible.) But they couldn't get us to the rental ready condition and they already had been "working" on it for 6 months. By this time we were broke and our property manager suggested we use Armor-Tek. TC was so gracious and listened to all the problems and fixed EVERYTHING both started and untouched. He and his team finished in 2 weeks!! His prices reflect the quality of his work - but we already went "cheap" the first time. I don't have pictures, but hope to post them when we get back out there. Things we really appreciate in TC: He is Christian, he is a US Veteran, his work is top-notch, and his moral compass points in the right direction. Thank you, TC for all your work so we didn't lose our house. (BTW - this is our home, it was never a rental before. It was in good condition when we moved, it needed both bathrooms updated/partial reno, paint throughout (I had custom colors that not everyone likes, lol), wall patching from various installations and heavy pictures, front and back yards updated, new fence on ONE side. That was it. Should not have taken 6 months, or even 6 weeks.

I wish every provider I use would have the same values and level of excellence as Armor Tek. It starts at the top and the owner,TC Chesser immediately provides the feeling of trust one needs when hiring someone to do a job as comprehensive as painting a home. He is trustworthy, experienced and delightful to work with. I received 5 bids to paint our home and Armor Tek's was the most comprehensive by far the most reasonable. Justin was the supervisor on the job and he was not only incredibly nice and thoughtful about what needed to be done, he was (is) an excellent painter. The house looks fantastic and he went above and beyond to point things out to me which were not in the bid and that he would take care of - no extra charge. I have given TC's information out to others already. I highly recommend Armor Tek and will hire them again for painting and other jobs!
