This was for 2 different commercial properties, They did an excellent job. I even asked for a touchup at one of the properties and they where right out to do it.

There seemed to be some missing communication between the person with whom we initially contracted with and the foreman on the job. The foreman even asked m me questions that he should have been informed about.

The contractor was considerate, courteous and over-all very helpful. The workers were respectfull and took special care to attend details.

There was an issue with some patching, but they came out and got it fixed. Office looks fantastic now.

I had to go back and remove paint from lots of wood, light fixtures and toilet in my home. I also had to repaint it in places where the paint was not applied properly. I just found I was very shocked at the job that was done because these guys get top ratings most of the time. I was very disappointed. I even took pictures of their sloppy work.

We had an excellent experience; Tom's crew was fast; efficient and did a superb job. He listened to what I wanted; called my attention to a piece of rotten board; which they could have just painted over; assisted in the replacement and finished the job in less than five days; including a complete clean up. He inspected the job and went over all sides of the house with me for a complete inspection at the end of the job. I highly recommend the CertaPro team; their price is very fair and the crew is professional and were a pleasure to have on our property.
