Person he sent to give estimate underestimated the cost by 300% (estimate was $750, corrected was $2400). Took 4 weeks to actually get house painted as he had to fire the first crew. Second crew was fine, but did warn us that if we saw some peeling/cracking, it was not their fault as they had not done the initial work (done by first crew which was fired). We ended up paying $1600, which was double the initial estimate made in error. Entire experience was unprofessional and I would not recommend to others.

From the first day I contacted Tom, he was courtious and professional. I got a printed quote at the time of the quote and the work was done efficiently. There were a couple of issues but upon hearing of them Tom had them resolved same day. He and his crew went above and beyond to make my life easier. I live out of state and was in need of painting rental property to sell. I am more than please with the professionalism displayed by this company.

Tom Barbour was very professional and explained his bid in detail and presented a printed copy of the bid to me at the same time he came out to look at the job. Overall, his crew assigned to my project, my home, would rate a 7 on a 1-10 scale. The job was well done - only because it took six and 1/2 days to complete (estimated three days) and because the crew arrived after nine a.m. each day except the last pulled their score down a little. But for that, they would have been a high eight or low nine. I will recommend CertaPro to others, but did not sign up for letting them use me for call-up references - my choice. Overall, satisfied, but not delighted.
