We hired them to mitigate water damage which included replacing the subfloor in damaged areas. Their crew left our bathroom with obvious signs of water damage and rot to the subfloor after removing the tile. They never brought this up as an issue and we had to call them out on it to look at it. The contractor barely looked at it and just placated us with empty promises of we will take care of it. Weeks later after several more attempts to get them to address this, we finally got a response from them. An estimate to replace the bathroom subfloors. They claimed it was not included in the original estimate, which granted it was not when we reviewed it. However, our goal was a fixed floor - not just what insurance will or will not cover. This should never have passed their quality controls. They should have brought this to our attention, not us pressing them to fix this issue. Of course, after all that time had passed, we had no confidence in the quality of their work (I mean if they do not see any issue with this floor to bring it to our attention and provide an estimate to fix before we have to hound them to do so - regardless of insurance coverage). I DO NOT RECOMMEND THEM. They are only after your insurance money.

I hired Cavalier Enterprises following a catastrophic water leak from my water heater located in the attic for both the water mitigation and subsequent restoration repairs. Without any prevalent knowledge, Don immediately explained the entire process, easing my fears, and commenced repair work without delay. Moreover, his team did an impeccable job and always completed assigned jobs ahead of agreed deadlines. I couldn't be happier with the job his team did and would be my immediate contact for any future contracting issues. Thanks again for all your help Don!

Don is great to work with. He s a busy man but very responsive. He made our home look exactly like we wanted, tactfully offered his opinions and was closely following the work being done. Highly recommend and will be using again when we redo our bathroom!

Well, here is the other side of the story and the truth. This review is not accurate and not fair. Our company worked very hard to restore this home after water damages. Our work was quick and professional with a lot of different tasks including bathroom remodeling, sheetrock repair, ceramic tile installation, and painting. All work was done professionally and quickly, within a week. We worked very hard to restore the home to a livable situation, especially to get the bathroom operational to be used by the elderly lady that lives at the house. After this phase of work was completed, we asked to be paid for our services from the insurance proc.
