They provided a helpful service for a few years, $125 per visit (plus add-ons if applicable), then after I accommodated them rescheduling their visit for this year multiple times, they suddenly informed me the price was now $320, take it or leave it. The explanation was: Gas and supplies have gone up and cost me more ... As much as we all love inflation, prices have not increased 250% year-over-year. I would just say no to the price and would not care except they really left me hanging after rescheduling for a few weeks and were not respectful to an existing customer because it was not a big enough job for them all of a sudden. The only reason I gave them any stars at all is they did good work previously and were more considerate before.

You were once content with my work, but you never took the time to leave a review in the two years you've known me. However, once you became unsatisfied, you decided to ruin my reputation and potentially take food out of my children's mouths. The job I did for you at a low price included material costs, a 45-minute commute, and an hour and a half of my time. I apologize that the actual fee wasn't satisfactory, but you had the option to find someone else to do the job for a low cost. Instead, you chose to make me look bad. Many of my clients have been satisfied with my work, and I invite you to see for yourself. Good luck to you and be well.

I hired Catch Them Critterz for a squirrel problem in my attic. This company was fantastic. She was hard working and very responsive. She kept coming back as many times as needed to remove all of the squirrels. I highly recommend this company, You won't be disappointed.

Got in touch with Catch Them Critterz through Angi to take care of a squirrel in the soffit problem.I first hired a company called Furs and Feathers. They came a set a trap, charged me $500, and never returned to check it for 2 months. They wouldn't even return my calls. Catch Them Critterz came out when they said would and caught the squirrel in 2 days. They followed up every day to make sure there were no more squirrels in the soffit before closing the entry hole. Problem solved in one week. Would definitely hire again or refer. True pros. Happy I found these guys.

Catch them critterz completed the removal of two squirrels in my roof within a week and closed the hole. They communicated with us about everything they were doing and were very professional and knowledgeable. I would recommend their service.

Came and removed the bird nest from one of the three vents and installed covers for the vents. Very nice people and did the job even though it was very windy and the vents were almost near to the roof of two story house . Really appreciate their work .
