I originally talked with Juan but he ended up sending out his brother to do the work at my home. I gave specific instructions but he missed two extra tree stumps I wanted removed. He made a mess and didn't clean up well (didn't even have a broom with him- I had to let him borrow mine) I'm very disappointed in the way this job turned out. I even had to turn off a hose they left running when they attempted to wash away the debris. Juan was nice on the phone but I'm sorry I hired them and wouldn't recommend them.

Lisa/ CastroGarcia Tree Services spoke to Juan Brother and advised that the customer was happy with the services when he left. Customer never call us to tell us any complaints with the work or services. Lisa/CastroGarcia Tree Services spoke to Carol- Which we had apologized about any inconvenience. Offered to removal the 2 strumps and cleanup if needed - customer advised that we did not removal strumps on the review. Customer advised they were removed from juan brother and it was clean up already.

Juan promptly visited our home to survey the work we were considering, promptly provided a thorough estimate of the work to be completed, offered a fair price estimate, and completed the work as described and intended including leaving the areas addressed in a clean and undamaged manner.

Castro Garcia Tree Services is professional, gentlemen, work product is great and punctual. Did exactly what the estimate called for, and left our property looking great. Have recommended to several of my friends. I have more projects and will continue using them.

They were professional, reliable, and customer-friendly. The job was cut short by a thunderstorm but before they left they finished the yard clean-up in the heavy downpour. They came back the very next day and finished the job.
