I was disappointed with the overall quality and professionalism of this project. Despite providing clear reference photos and requesting multiple corrections, the contractor repeatedly failed to follow the intended layout and left behind numerous finishing issues. Paint drips and paint marks were left on finished surfaces, nails were driven through trim and left visible, and nail holes were never properly filled, sealed, sanded, and painted for a finished appearance. Door was uneven and did not close properly. Instead of clean, professional craftsmanship, many areas looked rushed and incomplete. I also felt pressured to make final payment while these issues remained unresolved. The porch looks acceptable from a distance, but a closer inspection reveals a lack of attention to detail that falls well below what I would expect from a professional contractor. Unfortunately, I cannot recommend this company and would strongly advise others to inspect every detail before making final payment.

JV worked quickly and tirelessly. One thing that impressed me was how well he cleaned up each day. I've had other contractors that, while good otherwise, just left messes at the end of each day. JV worked on a variety of tasks, including plumbing, electrical, and painting. No problems
