William did a great job and the price was very reasonable. William dropped all trees exactly where I wanted them and even cut some for no charge. I highly recommend this business.

William did great work on removing trees. That is where the good experience stopped. We had them clear, grade and seed the property and start a fence. The day after the grading, our septic tanks distribution box overflowed which his plumber friend said was a saturated drain field. We paid $800 to Rooterman for an inspection which said all lines were crushed in proximity to where they were driving, and he still denied it was them. When coming back to dig fence posts, they hit the septic lines twice and did not notice until I pointed it out and post holes are now filled with waste. Two weeks after the post and over a month after the initial damage and still no plumber, insurance claim or reimbursement for damages. Called and texted so many times and was told multiple times he would show up and fix the problems but final response today was that it is my fault and they don't owe us anything for damages or unfinished fence work. Good guy, bad business and unfortunate lesson to learn.

Kept his word on agreed upon job details. The crew worked hard to finish the job including clean up. Service was provided at a good price, and no money exchanged hands until after the job was complete. I highly recommend, and have provided referrals and contact information to two of my neighbors.
