I spoke to Richard Carroll over the phone in about an hour after using Home Advisor..He gave me a quote over the telephone..about 2 weeks later I called him and scheduled an appointment,.the workers arrived on time and got started immediately..after the insulation removal we had set a date for them to come and blow in the new insulation,but I had to call and get the date changed to the following day,and the workers were here and got the insulation blown in in about 1.5 hours,and cleaned up after. If I ever need any insulation removed/installed again I will not hesitate to call Mr.Richard Carroll and have them come back out..the workers were vey polite and answered any questions I had. I have already noticed a difference in time where the heater is not coming on as much and thats great ! I highly recommend Carroll Insulation ! Thank you Carroll Insulation.
