After 2 months that Joe and his sraff replaced 2 facia panels, the wooden panel showed signs of crackes. His staff came and replaced one of the panels, 6 feets, free of charge. They were very efficient and profeciaonal and they perfomrd good job in the second time. I recommend Joe and his staff for any wood frame work.

Was supposed to be a two day job but ended up taking three days. Quality of work was excellent.

I like how they showed up on time very neat so comfortable around the entire crew I would recommend them and Most certainly use them again in the future

He performed very bad job. Joseph Carroll and his staff caused damage to my house, and charged me $1400 for job of $400

Joe Carroll was professional and explained everything

I hired Carroll Building Solutions to demo and rebuild an old wooden patio cover. I hired Joe because had good ratings and he had a reasonable price for the job. He took care during the demo and cleaned up properly (this is rare). He rebuilt the patio as I asked and did a great job. Additionally after the job was completed and I had paid him, I asked him to add a slope to the cover so I could add a waterproof cover. Expecting an additional fee (as would be reasonable) he performed the extra work for free. I was stunned. He came back and again did a great job and cleaned up. I canâ t say enough about this handyman!! A trustworthy and cost effective company.

Very thorough in both how they do the work as well as explaining to the customer. I was also surprised at how clean they left the jobsite. They're not the cheapest bid, but not the most expensive either, but if youre prioritizing quality of the work, I'd recommend them over a cheaper bidder. They can be busy, so if you're flexible, it's even better as sometimes they can work your job in between other jobs that are on pause (e.g. awaiting materials, awaiting inspection etc)

Carroll Building Solutions built us a gorgeous deck and a seated bench area with backing around our fire pit. The crew worked long hours every day to finish the job to our satisfaction. The owner Joe Carroll, was on site daily to make sure we were completely happy with the end results. I have never met a professional with such a high degree of integrity, skill and the desire to please his customers. I canâ t wait to work with him on our next project
