Kathy met me at the listing and created a plan to refloor the property, and stayed well under budget with it. Fairly new to the area, we called carpet ladies for an estimate for wool, non toxic, wall to wall carpeting. Kathy contacted us back immediately, and came out to give us options & to measure soon after. She could not have been friendlier! They installed our wool carpeting in our second level bedrooms and closets. The installers did a fantastic job. Love our NO VOC, WOOL carpeting! We’ll definitely call CL, Kathy back next job!

Very impressed with Kathy and her team. Andrew was the installer and he was so professional and polite. My staircase project was a bit complex and the craftsmanship needed was perfectly executed. Kathy gave me advice on how to proceed which was what I was looking for. Our first conversation was on July 29th and the job was done on August 19. I was hoping to match my existing hardwood. However Kathy was upfront that this is very difficult to do as existing hard wood in my living/dining/kitchen is 15 years old and has aged. Kathy provided a sample that I agreed seemed to blend well. Now that the floors are installed, you can tell that it is different wood in the bedrooms, but I feel like Kathy was upfront about this. The floors in the bedroom are beautiful and the workmanship was excellent. I think once furniture is in and carpet are down the demarcation will be less noticeable.

Kathy the owner manager worked with us for approximately 2 months in preparing for the repair job. We had problems with laminate flooring due to a dishwasher leak from a newly remodeled kitchen. It took a while to get the company to be responsible for the leak due to a plumber error that the company contracted with. We did not get the finances resolved and just went on to repair the floor. Kathy scheduled us for July and was able to come out on June 17, 2020. The repair did not take long and it looks fantastic. Kathy has excellent customer service and her contractor was superb. If I ever need any flooring again; I will call Carpet Ladies. This company is the very best company that we have worked with during our entire interior house remodeling. I would recommend her to anyone. She personally checked the work when it was finished the same day.

I am so glad I found Kathy and her crew, they did an excellent job replacing all of my upstairs carpet and the carpet on my stairs. I've been living with the new carpet for a few months now and I'm still completely satisfied. I really relied on Kathy's guidance since this was my first experience getting carpet installed, and I really enjoyed the experience.

It went very well. The only problem was that there was not enough allowance for the hvac floor registers to fit back into the vents. I had to cut back carpet to get them to fit. Otherwise I was very pleased. If I had not been preoccupied with other contractors at the time, I might have caught it and had the carpet installer make the cuts before he left. I am most pleased with the carpet. Kathy Ranalli was very responsive and kept me up to date via text and phone on the progress and follow up on my project.

Everything went better than I expected. Kathy was more than happy to swing by a few times with different color/quality samples until I was comfortable in my decision of which carpet to go with. She was also very flexible on times that she could meet which was of great benefit to me. The install went off without a hitch. Justin and his team were fantastic. They had all of the old carpet/padding removed in less than an hour and were finished with everything in around 6 hours (had a ton of stairs to carpet and staple to). It feels like I'm walking on a cloud now and couldn't be happier. For anyone who hasn't gone through this process, I would just add to make sure to be concise about what you are thinking. It might save a trip or two. I was kind of all over the map and slightly overwhelmed trying to make a decision from the small samples. Just communicate clearly what your thoughts are and Kathy is more than happy to help!
