Toby and his team exceeded our expectations on every level! Our design meeting was fun and informative. My wife and I were a bit nervous about shopping for the materials and Toby helped us feel at ease stating he would review each item before installation. We chose fixtures from local stores and online which was very convenient for our family. Toby reviewed each item and ensured we picked quality products that would keep us within our budget and also maintain a consistent decor. The work was completed with skilled craftsmanship, efficiently and on time within 2 weeks which was very important to us with teenagers and busy work schedules. The tile work was spectacular and the workers were respectful and cleaned up at the end of each day. They were background checked and I felt very comfortable with my wife and daughter alone in the house while they worked. There were a few issues that came up during the installation and Toby communicated each challenge and provided multiple solutions so we could decide which was best for us. We were relieved Toby had the experience to quickly handle each issue and keep us on schedule even working extra hours on the weekend and nights to meet our deadline. (mold issue, toilet drain pipe not installed correctly by the builder and built-in shower tray required structural reinforcement so we could have it exactly the way we wanted it) We are already looking forward our next project and have only one contractor in mind, Carpentry USA!

Toby and his workers were perfectionist every wall had to be perfect, every tile placed perfectly, every cabinet door hung perfectly. The floor from the existing was leveled out and flows seamlessly with the new construction. I have recommended Toby to anybody who asks including family members, co-workers and complete strangers.
