I had landscaping done with Tim and Chad. They were very professional and did an excellent job with communication and went above and beyond on the work. I had gravel put down and if they had put 6 inches of gravel down, you can’t drive a car thru that! Their hard work and experience exceeded my expectations. Price was reasonable and I highly recommend their service!

We had damage from hurricane Helen to our private dirt road. We was quoted 80 thousand for the grading, ditching, piping, and gravel of about 1/4 of a mile long road and 5 thousand for about a 40 foot driveway regravel and a 20 foot driveway grade and gravel. The work was done and the first time it rained the road was dirt again. We call Tim he came out and brought more gravel for the worst stop but that was it. After having the road inspected by another company we was informed that the gravel should have been about 6 inches and packed down. The gravel is about 2 inches and was never packed. We now just 2 months after have dirt showing on the road and the driveways are full of grass.

Carolina Grading removed a lot of Leylands and their roots from our yard. They are very nice and trustworthy.

WOW!! Itâ s so rare to find a company that exceeds your expectations, but this was our experience from start to finish with Carolina Grading & Land Clearing! Tim & Alisa are a dynamic duo, good communicators, punctual and have a great team of motivated, professional workers. Gary, the lead on our project, was phenomenal! He listened to what we were hoping to accomplish on our land, offered suggestions and then followed through to masterfully transform our property! There is no doubt due to their accumulative expertise in land development the money we spent for land clearing and grading not only made our property more usable, but it greatly increased the overall value of our property. Talk about a WIN-WIN! Thank you Carolina Grading team!!

From top to bottom all of the contractors are professional, knowledgeable, polite, and punctual. Tim the head man totally friendly professional outstanding as a project adviser and punctual it shows he has set an example for his employees to emulate. A stand-out employee of Tim crew is Neal. Neal is tireless, and meticulous and continues until completion. He personally performs the job and produces the results as if he were a customer. Highly recommend this company to all who are looking for a professional, punctual and meticulous group of professionals. Will be in my contacts always. And finally as with any project you have an idea of the finish product, exceeded all of my precepts.

Great people to deal with extremely nice and hard working

We had a pond installed by Tim and his crew. The excavator operator / Foreman, Chad, was phenomenol to not only work with but to watch work. The whole process was easy and straightforward. My only complaint is that I didnt hire them sooner
