I was very pleased. they came out right away to give me an estimate and then were out the next week to replace my roof. It was a very cold, windy day but they were up there all day and cleaned up well. They were also very understanding w/a small glitch in the payment of the balance.

It was a small job - repair not replacement. The roof will need replacement in the next few years but I got no pressure to go ahead and do it now. He came in the morning to give the estimate and the repair was completed that same afternoon.

Being an out of town owner of a house in Ashevill this was all done by either email or phone with a little intervention by my property management company (mostly to pay the money). While I have not seen the work for myself both the management company and a friend I sent by to look at the work tell me it looks great.

They immediately returned my call for service. They were curteous & completed my two repairs promptly. It was a good experience and I would use them again.
