Reviews
Write a ReviewKevin has a great personality and attitude and is an extremely hard worker. He showed me and my family respect and courtesy while on site. However, he was terrible with communication, scheduling and being at our place when he said he would be. Quality of work was also disappointing as he was recommended by a friend. Had him re work a covered porch- specifically told him I would remove siding to prevent j channel drone being buried but he buried it anyway. Front porch held an inch of water against the house. Took him a month to come redo. Again, it held water and he re did once more. After the first season, it failed and a large section peeled up- again took a month or two to get him to fix and now we have a strange looking patch on the porch. I understand that surface rework can be tricky but if it could not be done the right way I would have rather been told that we need to pull it up and start over. Had a 12x40 section poured In Back yard Which held water in the back corners. Again was impossible to get him to come look at it- when he did he said it was because of my yard and dirt needed to be removed ( I protested because if that was what needed to originally be done, why was it not quoted to me to be done). I went round and round for a year and he poured half of it. When he came out to repour it he had the cement truck back down my Dolomites driveway and tore my driveway and hill to shreds. He did attempt to smooth it out but now I am picking leftover cement slag which he poured into the driveway out constantly. He did this to save some money on a mud buggy. My tree and my gate post were also hit by his skid steer with nothing said about it to me. Nearly 8000 dollars and 2 years wasted. I appreciated him trying to give me a deal but it is not a good deal if the job is not a quality one.
Kevin is a hard working, quality contractor. He's a bit new on the business end, but is very knowledgeable about working with concrete work and did an outstanding job at a fair price. I am very happy with the result!
Kevin was very knowledgeable, used high quality materials and worked tirelessly to get the job done. His attention to detail was very obvious, he is truly a perfectionist.
Kevin is extremely professional and knows what he is doing. I had to have 22 2â x 2â patio stones installed and leveled out. It has been professionally done and I am extremely very well pleased with what he did. I would highly recommend him to anyone including my closest friend or relative thatâ s how much I trust him and admire his work
Completed project as stated
Kevin is extremely neat and he cares about his surroundings which allows him to not leave a mess when he's done. Kevin is a perfectionist he's not fine with things being okay he wants perfect and that's why I like using him so much!
