The work was very good, but clean up was not good. Threw left over plaster in the yard and some down the laundry sink. Did come back to clean up some.

They did not always show up on time. But they worked very hard, cared about making it right, and did a great job. Their pricing was very low, less than half of some estimates we got. They do all kinds of work, not just drywall, so I will be hiring them again.

I have used this team for multiple projects ongoing and still plan to work with them in the future. They finished the drywall on my farmhouse in a timely manner and worked wonders for the redo of what another contractor in the area failed to do. The email responses to questions answers back within a day at the most and they have done a consistently good job throughout each project.

They work hard, do a good job. They really care about the final result. Easy to work with. Your home will be a mess after they are done, but that is the nature of the beast. I highly recommend them.

Totally unreliable. We hired Carl to hang and tape drywall in our new home. The standard level of drywall finish in new construction is a level four. When Carl Jr told us it was ready to prime, we did and found the job to be very sloppy, somewhere between level two and three. Unfortunately, we didn't do a thorough inspection and we trusted them to complete the job (our mistake) and paid them the 2nd installment. He did come back and do some touch ups and then walked off the job. We are now having to fix it ourselves and re-prime everything. I don't recommend them.

Carl and his team are exemplary drywall professionals. They are pleasant, hardworking , and pay attention to detail. If I had a concern, they were already taking care of it before I could voice it. Ashley in the office is great! She was professional, pleasant and communicative. Carl Richards Drywall is a breath of fresh air in an industry where poor work ethic and unprofessionalism is all too common. I highly recommend them!
