Johnny and Danny took our fixer-upper and made it look like a million bucks. They remodeled about half of our house, and boy was it a piece of work -- a basement demolished from water damage, broken bathroom (broken shower, cracked sink), and 3 rooms with dented drywall, paint peeling, old popcorn ceiling, you name it. They transformed it into a beautiful home. I LOVE the bathroom they built for us -- it is a showpiece. Beautiful tile work, great suggestions on fixtures. Our bedrooms and living room look brand new. We were doing this within a budget and I can't believe they made it work. Awesome guys too, we miss having them around. Great communication and were always attentive to our budget. Couldn't have asked for better work.

John and Danny were absolutely outstanding. We had been trying to get people to come out to repair our upstairs bedroom and downstairs bathroom after a roof leak for literally years. People would give us estimates and string us along, and even jack up their price later. We are so fortunate to have found John. He was friendly from the start, and I can't emphasize how good his communication and customer service was. They gave us an extremely fair price, showed up on time, were pleasant and communicative throughout, gave us lots of options, did a great job and went out of the way to make sure we were happy with their work. If we have any other repairs or remodeling jobs, they're going to be the first ones we call.

Another great job just completed by John and Danny! We are return customers and this time our project involved a renovation of our TV room, including a refurbishing of our brick fireplace, laying of new flooring and a complete repainting. As is often the case with Carenzo R & R, the job came in on time and under budget and it looks fabulous. John is our go-to for home projects and we never even consider anyone else. Iâ m already planning our next project!

Very pleased with the work John and his foreman Dan did. Nothing better than freshly painted rooms by two professionals to liven up a home. John painted my fireplace, doors and dark woodwork as well. Lots of cutting in and trim work. I was having difficulty hiring a plumber to fix a broken sink faucet. John made a call and a plumber friend arrived that day. They were on time and did a fantastic job cleaning up every day. They even had to contend with a rude neighbor but took it in stride. Love the end result. Highly recommended.

I had 2 bathrooms that needed total rebuilding after serious water damage. It was a very challenging job since the house is over 200 years old and nothing was plumb or level, but Johnny and his crew were more than up for the remodel! Not only did he complete it within the cost and time estimates, but the workmanship is first rate! I plan on calling him for other projects in the future, and would not hesitate to recommend him to anyone needing any kind of remodeling work done for a very reasonable price and excellent results.

We enjoyed working with John and his crew. John has a good eye for assessing what needs to be done. He presented us with a reasonable estimate and a time line which he followed. He informed us of his progress on a daily basis and always checked in with us to make sure that he was doing everything according to the way we wanted it. His prices were reasonable, yet he used good quality materials, and his workmanship is excellent. By the time the deck had been repaired, sanded, and refinished, it looked better than it ever had before! The renovation of our 1950's bathroom has been completed and it is a piece of art. The entire project was handled by Johnny C. with excellence. Johnny was easy to work with and shared his expertise and knowledge to help us with the process. Some of our design choices did pose a challenge for him but he executed those trouble spots expertly. This renovation had a huge tile component and he did a beautiful job with the wall and floor tile we chose. We now have a really stunning bathroom that is in keeping with the vintage age of the home. From our initial meeting we were comfortable with what he offered: a really fair price, a couple of consultations prior to the work beginning which helped us select our materials and very responsive to our questions throughout the process. Each day Johnny and his assistant, Danny, arrived on time. At the end of each day, Danny did an excellent job of cleaning up the work area and leaving things in the best possible condition. Johnny is very conscientious about returning the home to the owners so things can remain as normal as possible through the process. We recommend Johnny highly for his excellent workmanship, his friendly personality, his more than fair price and the easy manner of communication.

We have a Custom Ranch Home vintage 1956. The three Bathrooms were original to the home and desperately in need of updating. Johnny Carenzo and his team performed expert and extremely high quality workmanship. We are so very pleased with the manner in which they conducted themselves.
