Ten Stars out of Five Stars! New siding install at my home finished recently. I'll post pictues later. I've lived here almost 12 yrs and Kansas City for 35 yrs before moving here. BEST Contractor I've had the pleasure of working with! I can't stay enough: Honest, strives to make his client satisfied and happy, strong work ethic, integrity, honest, genuine, pleasant. He strives for perfection. I am amazed at the work they did each day, cleanup was phenomenal, Hard-working, does not cut corners (no pun intended, does it RIGHT the first time. He fixed/found errors made by others before at my house. He noticed an issue w/ the roof in one spot & fixed it. Not in this estimate but that's WHO he is. I'm impressed & amazed! He matched the j-channel to my siding, very helpful advising of colors, etc. I got three quotes. His was the lowest of the three AND his quote included removing the gutters!!! & other things not on other quotes. Goal was to cover all wood rot to prevent future

Ray and team was amazing. He was extremely professional, always on time, communication was fantastic and my house looks like the best on the block after having the exterior painted. I could not be happier with the experience I had and I would HIGHLY recommend to anyone looking for some paint work as well as any other jobs. I am amazed at Ray and Rocky what they have done so far! Installing new siding on my house on my house. Stellar, beyond compare to many others I've worked w/ in the past. Ray's attention to detail to do it RIGHT is obvious. He is honest & forthright wanting customer to be happy and satisfied. I still can't believe my GREAT fortune in finding such an extremely qualified, energetic, professional, very personable with a very strong work ethic, always on time or early, doesn't cut corners and goes the extra mile again and again. His quote was the lowest of three but I would have picked him based on his knowledge and expertise. He pointed out what others do to "cut corners" (perhaps save money). His is real and genuine. In my 12 years in Florida after living in Kansas City, MO for 35 yrs, I have not met ANYONE like Ray. He is exceptional! He recommends and gives advice about items to consider (not to charge more) but to make the finished product near perfect!

Fabulous experience with this highly qualified contractor. He is the fix all go-to person. We are real estate agents who handle many properties. This job was replacing large tiles on floor, painting, carpentry work and minor interior repairs. All done professionally in a quick timely manner.

Mr Raymond is the best contractor I have ever worked with. He went above and beyond what was expected. He is very knowledgeable and a perfectionist. Very polite and listens to what your concerns are. I will be hiring him in the near future for a few other projects. I wouldn?t even think about hiring anyone else. His pricing is also very fair and he explains everything in detail if he finds something that may need to be done to make the project done right to prevent future issues. Raymond and his apprentice did a wonderful job replacing all the drawer slides for our kitchen drawers. He was very meticulous with ensuring the hardware he replaced was proper for the job. He showed us how the original slides were installed incorrectly, causing them to fail to work properly. He was pleasant, knowledgeable and timely, and his labor costs are very affordable and competitive. We would not hesitate to hire him for other projects.
