    We had Brett and he was very professional, wore a mask the whole time , made sure to be clean and not make a mess ,and went over what he was going to do , he also made sure before he left we were happy with the service .

    The guy who came out (Chuck) was very friendly, great guy although after he left I checked quality of work. 1st vent I opened and put my hand down pulled out a handful of lint. Had to leave for work and have not had a chance to check the rest. If there was a place to post a pic I would do so but I am not seeing that option.

    Jason we have spoken about this and we have also set up a follow up review directly with the owner of the company. A nail in the ductwork will not be removed with any air duct cleaning service. We have made every attempt to make this perfect for you.
