"HIired Serge Home Improvement, i for a partial remodel of the kids bath-new shower surround and flooring. During the time, I got the bid and he started work, the laundry room flooded and I asked if he could work on that too. Serge worked with the insurance adjustor and myself to bring the bid in at the insurance companies expectations. He had the laundry room up and running in a couple of days, with lovely new trim. This was a huge relief, as I had now washer for 2 weeks and laundry was piling up. Most of the bids I got for the bathroom work were in $15-$20K or more range. Serge's costs were reasonable and we agreed on what he'd provide and what I'd provide-tile and surround. When asked why the tub should be replaced he explained he wanted to make sure the plumbing was correct. He was right about that, the previous owner had "tiled" himself and done the plumbing. It was mess but Serge fixed it. Furthermore, he used lots of water proofing which gave me peace of mind as the kids splash like crazy. In 2 weeks, the bathroom was finished, and ready to use. I had him re-caulk my tub, and replace light fixtures in the dinning room and family room. It cost a small bit more than I budgeted, but having done remodels in the past I expected that. We are thrilled with the updated bathroom and new light fixtures. I a already discussing future projects with Serge. The best thing about Serge is his doesn't do mind doing projects on your house off and on. My previous contractor stopped taking my projects, because "projects to small and piece meal". Thankfully, Serge doesn't have that attitude."

"Extremely knowledgeable about septic systems. Two of our tanks needed to be located for inspection. He found all the lids quickly, no time wasted at all. Smart installation of the risers, made sure to secure risers with cement and then back filled so they wouldn't move while landscaping. "The project involved crawling around in a 3 foot wetland crawlspace trenching and installing a new sump pump under a 2183 square foot custom built house. The work was completed by hand using shovels, garden hoes, and rakes. The crew was professional, always on time and provided daily pictures to show progress. It was a muddy job but they brought material to protect my floors and carpet as the crawlspace entry was in my walk-in closet. The final result is a drainage system that the builder should have installed when the house was built in 2019. David and Will did an excellent job of measuring and ensuring that they had the correct amount of materials needed to complete the task. Sump Pump Geeks was the only company that returned my call in a timely manner and showed up ready to work. I highly recommend their services to anyone needing crawlspace drainage or sump pump repair."

"Our house is almost 130 years old, so we needed to have some foundation stabilization done. The company was a pleasure to do business with. From our initial consultation and beyond, every contact was courteous and knowledgeable. On the first day of the project, after removing the dirt to see the foundation, it was discovered that the existing foundation was not sufficient to support using the helical piers according to the building inspector. The dirt was all replaced and it was arranged to come back out and give me a quote for a different process using smart jacks. Due to circumstances at my local building department, the new job had to be postponed until a new permit could be obtained. Once that was done I was rescheduled and the job was completed in a day and a half. When the building inspector came to sign off on the permit, he raved at what a great job they had done. I would definitely recommend them to anyone who asked."
