I cannot say enough good things about Crystal and her team at Calvert Tree Experts! We came home from vacation to a tree that crashed on our home. I made a post in a local group looking for recommendations and Calvert Tree Experts came highly recommended. When I spoke to Crystal, on Sunday, she was out of town but said she would come to my house that evening. She came to my home, took pictures, explained everything to me. Extremely accommodating and personable. I was worried to do anything without permission from my insurance, so I asked to wait until Monday when I got the green light from them. I was initially told no but I was also lucky to find an amazing Contractor that came out and got the emergency work approved quickly. At that point it was already Monday evening but I reached out to Crystal and the crew was here within an hour and had everything taken care of. The whole team was extremely professional, personable and reliable. They definitely helped with a stressful situation.

We needed several trees trimmed and one tree removed. Crystal and her team responded promptly, were very professional and did a great job. Her pricing is fair and I will definitely hire them again in the future.

We needed to remove a hughe magnola and an oak tree. Crystal came out gzve us a good price, answered our questions and was able to get the worked scheduled that week. The crew cleaned everything up aftzrwards and were very professional. We will definitely use their service again.

The owner returned my call very quickly and came out and gave a very fare estimate for the multiple tree removal and trimming after a tornado. The crew was very professional, worked quickly and very hard plus they cleaned up when they were finished. I would recommend them to anyone requiring tree removal and trimming!

This vendor responded in timely manner and followed thru. Much more than I can say for others I requested quotes from. Very easy to deal with and very pleasant person.

I did not have any work done with this last request, but Crystal did come out to check a few trees that apparently have some blight and fungus problems. Trees are actually on neighbors' property, so need to coordinate with them. The previous work they did in 2018, cutting back some huge maples too near our house, was exceptional.

Calvert County Tree Experts were able to schedule and complete the job earlier than requested. They accommodated additional requests as the job was being completed and were customer friendly.

We made the appointment and Crystal showed up on time and gave me the estimate. They removed the limb which was a lot bigger than it looked like from the ground. Crystal did not raise the estimate and completed the job as agreed. Excellent customer service and very professional workmanship.
