Sam is a very good man and does very good work. It was my pleasure to meet him and after he completed the work that was exceptional I have asked Sam to put me on his schedule at the upcoming work that Sam has not seen yet they are very, very wonderful people. it was my pleasure to meet him.

No surprises. Sam did exactly what we were expecting on the job. Will hang on to his contact info for future work !

A outstanding experience

We had sheetrock repair and interior painting. Mr Burns takes a lot if pride in his work and it shows. Always on time every time. So very pleased with the end results. We are already talking future projects. Highly recommend.

Sam is not only a good craftsman, he is a good and honorable man.

They came to give me my estimate one day and was there the very next day and did the work. Very Satisfied.

We hired Sam and his nephew to redo a screened-in porch. When a friend stopped by and noticed some questionable work being done, we asked Sam to wait on doing it anymore until we were able to ask him in person about these things. We know nothing about construction and have been burned in the past by awful contractors and just wanted to be sure things were as they should be. This is the point where things went south. Sam became pretty defensive and seemed like he just wanted to be done with us. The project took far longer than estimated (yes I realize it was an estimate ), and any time something was brought into question he was visibly annoyed. At one point he asked me to hang fans...thought I hired him? At one point a large amount of concrete was poured into my driveway without any thought of asking. His response was it s a gravel driveway and it ll bust-up and you would not notice it ...still there. I will pass over the unbelievable amount of cigarette butts that my children walked over and picked up all over my yard. Once completed we noticed mold forming under the overhang of the roof. When called Sam said oh yeah I will be there next week a month later he gave the same response. A week after that it was the same response and the same after that. I finally got a roofer on top of the roof of the porch and he could not believe what he saw. After having the roofer fix what needed to be fixed and resealed I still have heard no word from Sam and it is probably for the best. At the end of the day, the majority of the project was done and looks good. However after all the time, effort and having to have someone else come behind him to fix the problems I would not recommend.
