We used CDR for heavy renovation on our teardown of a house: they redid all piping, gas, AC/heat, sewer connections/locks, flooring, plumbing, roof, walls, bedrooms, bathroom, etc. They also put pavers in the backyard and renovated the garage. So it was basically a rebuild from the studs up. Never had a single problem - no budget overruns, no project-creep, no hard sells, no upsells. They set a fast schedule, achieved each milestone on time, the crews were super professional (punctual, polite with neighbors, seemed to work together for a long time), and the work has lasted the 4 years we've lived in the house. Ray's team also had a lot of design input and steered us away from expensive options, and helped us maximize our small space. Plus they completely held our hand as first time homeowners when we had questions after they finished all the work. Highly recommend their work and happy to serve as a reference.
