Excellent work, friendly and communicative

the service man was prompt, did the job as promised. One thing I would have liked was more infomation on how to clean the alarms and what happens if they go off. I did keep one of info packets that came with the alarms.

On time was informative wore a mask and was able to repair my electrical issues while here and I did not need to make another appointment.

After initial arrangements were made, it was Thoroughly professional

A+. Electric was called first. They were rude to my disabled son and quoted over $2000 . Then wanted $40 just for the "quote" w/o having disclosed that there would be a fee when I called them. Caliber did the job for a little over $500 was professional and respectful. No fees for quotes and no phony inspection fees. The only reason they didn't get five stars for customer service was because of scheduling issues, but that was partially beyond their control.

I had an immediate need and was placed on the schedule the next day to fix a breaker problem. I scheduled a follow-up appt for the electrical panel upgrade. Kerry was very accommodating and worked around my work schedule. Terry, the office manager indeed rocks. She answered my queries promptly, never leaving me to wonder. On the day of the appointment Kerry and his assistant Tyson were prompt, professional and very patient with my questions. They finished ahead of schedule and Tyson took the extra time to make sure the slots in the electrical panel were legibly marked. Will definitely use Caliber Electric again.
