Very professional! Completed everything ask. Removed old wood from top of building; painted the brick; the store front along with front door; painted ironwork on store front. Very satisfied. Such a facelift to an over 100 year old building.

The finished work was very nice. At first we were informed it would be a 3 day project but it was only a 2 day project I saw some areas that I did not think made the finished rooms look quite as “finished” as need be. I showed him the areas that needed a bit of attention and he went back in the bathrooms (2) and fixed them as ask I for. The only reason I gave him a 4 star instead of a 5 star was I was hoping HE would bring up the finished detail needed … instead of me. I was agreeable to the price he had given me to paint the two small bathrooms .. the finished project was so nice and he was very knowledgeable ……and respectful….. to what I needed ……so I will keep him in mind if I need anything in the future. 👍
