Services was terrible and Daniel had a very disappointing attitude. He asked me to send his check, I had to ask if they came to the house for the month of June. He said they had been there twice. I took pictures to show that the trimming had not been done. He then asked me for two months payment, $200. I questioned that and said I would send one month, I wasnt sure I would keep them. His response was "That's fine. Just send one time service payment. Service would be alot better if you send payment on time." I found this response to be very unprofessional and nasty. I understand paying for a service on time but he would send receipts to my parents home in Reno, even after asking him to change it to my address. They were seen at my home for approximately 10-15 minutes twice a month, but the work wasn't done.

Showed up on time - did a professional job and left the work site clean - there is no other landscaping service I would use.

They set time and changed although they did call in advance. They were late for the second appointment. The boss left early. When the two guys left to finish the job I pointed out the things they had not done as we agreed with the owner. They said they said our yard had never been done, which I advised not true. They said because there was so much they would have to come at least two times. I said the branches left were ones they had made cutting down/trimming trees and trimming bushes. They trambled plants and made no effort to clean them up or fix. They looked terrible compared to how they looked before they started. I am expecting them to die the way they look. I would not recommend or use again. I am VERY disappointment in Home advisor. I had used many times before successfully and I thought I could trust them with this job as well. Very Very disappointed and not sure I can trust in the future for a home job.
