Wind storm took down half of gutter along roof line. Also had flap on an exhaust vent missing and birds were coming into the walls for shelter. I needed a guy with roof height ladder to do the work. Chris from Calco not only contacted me within 24 hrs but came to survey the task and decided to make the repairs at that time, giving me a fair quote for the job. Within 3 hrs it was done, along with extra outside wire reconnections that were not part of the quoted cost. I was very satisfied with the completed work which whic all accomplished thru tele- communications with me. Payment was made after he left and my opinion of him was further enhanced by his work ethics, quality of work, sense of responsibility and concern for a customer.
