Greg and his team did a great job on the steam cleaning of the whole area around our house. Can highly recommend booking with them. Fair cost, efficient at the job site. Greg provided pictures of the gutters after the clean.

Contacted Cal Property Pros to get a quote on cleaning my 65X 9 patio cover. Greg Farmer came out , gave me a fair estimate and I okayed the job. I was very pleased with the work and I highly recommend him for any tuff cleaning jobs that you might have around your home.

Great guys to work with. We needed some high windows cleaned on a rental house and needed it done right away. Greg responded immediately to my request and rearranged his schedule to make it work. They did excellent work. The windows have never looked so good! Highly recommend Greg and his team!

Greg and Mike did excellent work at my father in-laws cleaning the gutters and pressure washing the driveway and wrap around deck. Easy to work with, responsive and excellent work. Couldn't ask for anyting more!

Greg was very professional from our initial conversation discussing what to expect and how the cleaning process on our roof would work. He said the roof would look “brand new” and it actually does. I would highly recommend this company! The before and after photos are incredible.

Greg called and a date was scheduled. I did have other cleaners call but I stayed with Cal Property Pros. I thought for sure after talking with Greg he was the one. He talked about other workers lagging or not showing up to do jobs calling them unreliable. I called Greg to reschedule for an earlier date; he was fine with that. On the scheduled date, I waited all day for him to show but nothing, not a call or even a text saying something happened or he was maybe running late. Just nothing. I received a text from Greg the next afternoon saying that he worked late and was on a roof top working, he could not send me a message. I asked if he was still coming out to do the job, he did not respond. This is just unacceptable behavior from any Angi professional. Not ever ok to ignore your customer.

Cynthia you must be confusing us with another company. We don?t have ?other workers lagging or not showing up?. We are a two man crew. You had asked if I was ?the roofer or the gutter guy? so maybe there is some confusion. Either way we won?t be bothering you with any calls or texts in the future. Thank you for the feedback.
