overall the roof cleaning looks great except for the camellias on the top of the roof the tile isa little bit dirty. it's not greg fault is mine because I fail to prune the camellias on the top of the roof. Thank you Mr Greg Farmer for doing a fantastic job in my house. God bless your family.

Like many other Elk Grove homeowners, we recently received notice from our homeowner's insurance company that we were at risk of being dropped from coverage due to moss and algae growth on our tile roof. We have been in our home for nearly 30 years. Never before had this been an issue, and frankly, it didn't seem that severe to us. We considered cleaning the roof ourselves. They did great work cleaning the algae from the roof. The tiles were like brand new. Before they left the area was nice and clean.

I received a letter from Liberty Mutual that says they will not renew my home insurance policy due to roof has algae/ mildew/ mold/ moss. I looked on google about roof cleaning to bunch of websites but Greg is the first one that contacted. Greg is very knowledgeable and professional throughout our conversation and I decided to book him to fix the issue that I have. On that day, he finished the entire roof and showed me all the pictures that he has done as promised. He gave me the pictures and receipt of service which I sent to Liberty Mutual through my agent. After a week of processing, my home insurance agent informed me that Liberty Mutual re-instate my home insurance policy. Thank you, Greg!
