Had 4 prior companies come look at my pool. All 4 of them said something different was wrong with the pool. I ended up spending over $500 dollars on replacing parts that didn't need to be replaced before Cadillac Pools came. One look at the pool and he knew it was my filter. He fixed it the same day and my pool is now usable! I couldn't be more excited that I finally found a company with the knowledge and experience I needed to get my pool fixed! Thank you Cadillac Pools!

Bill was a really hard working guy who was determined to get my pool looking good, which he succeeded in doing. My pool needed some extra care which he did with out complaint. After hiring Bill I believe he is the only pool guy I will use in the future. His price was good and equally as important he kept his word and did everything he said he would, remember my pool was difficult to get looking good, and his word was golden. Thanks Bill I hope you continue to be such an honest and decent guy.

Hired Bill a year plus ago. Work was fine for the first closing and opening. After last year close by him, his crew came back to open. They realized that the high/lo switches and plugs were not removed for closing, and they rusted out - the whole heater system is leaking. Now he is refusing to answer calls or come to fix it. He actually ripped out the wires, disconnected pipes and moved the entire heater. Now I have to hire another company to fix what he broke and spend ridiculous amount of money. I have him numerous calls to fix the issue, but he refuses to respond.

DUE TO BAD WATER CHEMISTRY. IT ROTTED OUT THE HIGH/LOW SWITCHES AND THE SPOT THAT THEY WENT INTO. AFTER TELLING GARY, HE DECIDED TO EXPLORE ON THE INTERNET AND GET THE WRONG PARTS THE FIRST TIME THEN HE REORDERED THE RIGHT PARTS. WHEN I TRIED TO HELP. THEN I WAS THE BAD GUY. TRIED TO HELP WITH PUTTING IT BACK TOGETHER, HE HAD GOT A NEW COMPANY. RATHER THAN LETTING A POOL PROFESSIONAL FIX IT HE TRIED TO DO IT HIMSELF. NEEDLESS TO SAY STILL NEVER PAID FOR THE POOL OPENING.

Bill is such an awesome guy . Very knowledgeble, gives you cost effective ways to do things and is like your freind . Top quality effort , top quality work , any issues he comes back to address it. This is the first time I owned pool and the way he has educated me, he has become my go to man for any thing pool .. Update 6/2014- i have had surprises as Bill has become so busy that that he is finding it tough to come and fix the issues with his inStalltion which he promised to do early summer . Vinyl had folds on wall , returns not installed correctly , suction port blocked off as he installed a return port instead of suction port fitting . Based on my good experience last yr i called him for opening pool. He was so busy that he couldn't pick phone calls , so just scheduled by text messages . Then he got so busy that he came and opened pool at a time without my liking . Missed on few services as he didn't get my text messages . I want him to finish the work but he is not available to work . He also is not responding to fix his mistakes with vinyl install . My suction port is blocked. For a guy with such awesome skills , I feel he is too loaded to handle the work he is getting . I just hope he honors the service agreement of vinyl install. Now he is so busy that he doesnt pick phone , doesn't return voicemail and when I text him , he says he gets many text messages . I wouldn't have to text him if he spoke to me on phone

WOULD LIKE TO HAVE CAME BACK TO PULL OUT ONE LITTLE WRINKLE IN THE LINER WHICH I WOULD LIKE TO DO. BUT MADHUKAR AKA (MATT) WANTED IT DONE AT THE OPENING, AFTER TELLING HIM THAT THE WATER TEMP WAS WAYYYYY TO COLD THAT WASNT GOOD ENOUGH FOR HIM. AS SOON AS THE WATER TEMP WARMED UP, I WOULD OF PULLED OUT THE WRINKLE. THE BALANCE WAS NEVER PAID FOR.
