I grew up with a small above ground pool and transitioning to an in-ground salt water pool was a big change. Bill was very helpful and explained the operation of our pool in our new home. I would highly recommend Cadillac Pools.

This family owned company is a breath of fresh air. They return your calls and genuinely care about your project. They make sure you have the right products and even though they havent completed the work yet, I look forward to working with them for my new pool.

My husband and I were extremely pleased with our service provided by Cadillac Pools, LLC. The crew was punctual, knowledgeable and very kind! They answered all of the questions that we had and went out of their way to make sure that we were completely happy with the service provided. Scheduling an appointment was a breeze! We will 100% be hiring them for our pool needs in the future! Highly recommend!

Not reliable. Billy is a very nice guy and does good work but do not expect calls to be returned or him showing up as promised. He was supposed to do work on my pool last week and open it this week as I am having a liner installed soon. He never showed and has since not returned a call or text.

Very friendly and knowledgeable. Gave me advice on what needs to be fixed or replaced. But did not pressure to sell me anything. Feel like I made a friend then hiring a pool company. Awesome service. The owner came out on his birthday to explain how to open my pool. Hands down major respect.
