Though the project was difficult, Tim was able to complete resurfacing on two custom surgical tables, as well as multiple drawers in our office. He was very courteous, and continually tried to provide excellent work, in the time-frame presented. Mitered Solutions prices projects accordingly, and fairly. I would recommend Tim/Mitered Solutions to anyone looking for custom work or repairs on current pieces.

My timing was unfortunate. Ebert had just left the business with the money and the business was in disaray. I t took several month to receive the finished product that was promised in 2 weeks. I had to make a special 100 mile round trip to their facility to pick up my color sample. This was not a good experience.

Well they picked up my table the day after you guys gave me their number and a week later I got an e-mail saying the guy who came to my house was fired and they didn't know which table was mine. I expected to have my table back by now. I spoke to the owner of the company at least 4 weeks ago on the phone. I e-mailed him 2 days ago and yesterday received the same e-mail as the first time, which is to contact him about what job he is doing for me!

We do apologize for any inconvenience. We had a gentleman working for us who caused a lot of confusion & problems with numerous clients along with mismanaging funds that were in escrow for those clients. As a result Ebert Eberly has been fired & we have requested he return all funds that were mismanaged. We spoke to Mrs. D to explain what happened, what needed to be done & that she was one of the last customers to be sold, at first she agreed to wait through the process than she called back two weeks later & changed her mind. After we tried to explain one more time she refused to wait so we released her furniture to her & refunded her$
