I did not build a cabinet as was my first request. Instead, I used the money for crown molding and Mitered Solutions did the work. The work was completed on time and the workmanship was excellent. The staff was professional, courteous and produced what was promised. I would use Mitered Solutions again and would recommend them for any type of cabinet construction.

The quality of their work was excellent--great attention to detail. I sent them a photograph of a piano and they matched the stain on the bookcase. They went the extra mile and were very tidy.

got mt money but did not finishe the job

We custom made a handle for a lazy-boy chair as requested by the customer, Due to circumstances we can not comment on the handle broke. We did finish what we were requested to do and the handle did not break do to our negligence but because we believe in customer satisfaction we refunded the clients money and gave him the contact information of a lazy-boy chair dealer who could help.

Ebert showed up. Never heard from him again. He didn't fix anyting and never got back to us after over a week and a half we gave up. No work ethics down here at all. Impossible to find a good handyman that for sure let alone someon who works with wood well. He made the round holes square and we had to find a Murphy bed sales store to help out. It is still not fixed. FORGET THEM.

The customer was discouraged from the start, as the extent of the replacement needed was out of their price range. My creative solution avoided a total replacement and was welcomed with excitement, as it was a cost effective alternative that would repair the problem and stay well within the customers budget. It did, require new hinges to be ordered, and I said I would call when the hinges arrived approximately 10 days. Regrettably, it seems they misunderstood our time estimate, and were too angered by that misunderstanding to continue. It's unfortunate, as the repair would have been simple and produced delightful results.
