They continued to work despite the rain. They could have done a little better job of clean up but overall I am completely satisfied. I did the roof as a surprise for my daughter and her husband while they were on vacation and Chad made sure the time was allotted on his calendar and got it done. Great job from everyone. Thank you

This company did an outstanding job replacing my roof. At one point there was a delay due to weather, and even though the crew had already gone home for the evening, a gentleman came back out to the house to move the trailer over so that I could pull my car into my garage. I would use this company again, and I would certainly recommend them to others.

The job was started on Thursday, day before rain and snow was being predicted. Due to rain and show the job could not be completed Friday. Our satellite dish was removed, but we could still get our cable programming UNTIL late Thursday afternoon when the cable lines were cut by roofers. We emailed C&W Saturday morning, leaving our phone numbers, and asking to be contacted ASAP. No one called. One of the roofers came by late Saturday afternoon and told us they would return Sunday. We contacted our cable company to reinstall our satellite Monday. No one came Sunday. We received an email Sunday afternoon say C&W tried to reach us Saturday (they were using an incorrect number). We emailed again, giving contact numbers again and asking again to be contacted ASAP. The cable rep arrived on time but could not reinstall because the roof was not complete. We had to wait to reschedule until we knew when the roofers would be finished. The roofer returned Monday morning and finished that afternoon. The roofer were very polite and hard working, but spoke very little English. After the job WAS COMPLETE, we finally heard from C&W (Chad). He agreed to take the installation of the satellite off the cost of the roofing. OVERALL, it took from Thursday morning until Monday afternoon to get our average size house roofed, one of us had to be at home all day every day(Thursday-Monday) waiting on the roofers AND we were without the ability to watch TV from Thursday afternoon until Friday, the NEXT week, due to no satellite. NOT PROFESSIONAL!

It is our standard practice to provide our customers with multiple ways to get in touch with their project manager, as well as provide our office number, where someone is always available. It is also our practice to attempt to reach our customers by every means that they've provided. Every customer has a preferred method of being contacted, whether it's by phone, e-mail, or text and we make every attempt to honor those preferences. After attempting to reach you at all of the phone numbers we had at our disposal, multiple times, we were able to successfully reach you and communicate with you by e-mail. We would like to apologize for the inconvenience you experienced with your satellite dish, and I'm happy to inform you we are using your experience as an opportunity to better serve our future customers. We now include written instructions to our homeowners regarding their satellite dishes on our signed contracts. We made every attempt to rectify your problem, including paying for the satellite re-installation, and we will make every effort in the future to make sure this doesn't happen again. Concerning the length of time that it took to complete your job, we are unfortunately at the mercy of the weather, and we are unable to actively work on roofs during precipitation, or when conditions are wet/damp. That is for the safety of our valued crew members. Lastly, it is our standard practice to meet with the home owner at the end of the project to make sure the job was completed to 100% satisfaction and that the finished project meets or exceeds expectations. This project was no exception, and when project manager Chad White met with Mr. in person, Mr. expressed satisfaction with the completed job and did not share any of the concerns mentioned in your review. Chad was also able to speak with Mrs. on the phone toward the end of the project, and she voiced satisfaction with the resolution of the satellite dish issue, but did not mention any other concerns. We want to let you know how much we appreciate your business, and that you took the time to share your thoughts with us. It is our goal to serve upstate SC with caring, professional service, and we can assure you that your concerns have been heard. We will be in touch to make sure you are still satisfied with your roof replacement.
