I needed to speak to Craig on how the truck plow was plowing my driveway, and after a few minutes, he said he would come by and take a look at the driveway himself. I was impressed that he cared enough to drive by and see what I was concerned with. He plowed again so the driveway wouldn't be all ice. Thanks Craig - nice job.

We had a big snow storm and he plowed the driveway well once sometime early Sat. morning but but the snow cintinued through Saturday and he never came back.. I called and asked him to come back because I had someone being picked up by a limo to go to the airport and he said that it was not supposed to snow on Saturday so he was not planning to make another run out, even though it did in fact snow for the entire day. I asked him to make a special trip and explained my circumstances and he said maybe he would come but would not guarentee. So I found someone else and asked him not to return.
